Opening with Pharaohs Funeral, the EP sets a dark and cinematic tone, letting go of past versions of self while hinting at rebirth. ricochet follows with restless energy, capturing the push and pull of relationships that keep circling back no matter how far you run. On selfish (angel eyes), love and regret blur together, showing how something beautiful can also bring out your worst instincts. The title track Still Searching stands at the emotional core of the project, a confession about chasing purpose, peace, and something real that never seems to stay.

Closing with sometimes, saintedblu leans fully into vulnerability, ending the journey with quiet acceptance instead of clear answers. Written, recorded and mixed in saintedblu’s home studio in Brisbane and mastered by Andrew Nolan of Alchemix Studios, i'm not coping blends that DIY rawness with a punchy, clean finish. It channels the restless energy that defined the 2000s emo and punk scenes while pulling it into the present with a modern edge.
